Airtel — duplicate sim activation delay for [protected]

My name is naveen and my airtel number is [protected] and due to some technical issues my network was gone and i took duplicate sim on 16th september 17 and till today the sim is not activated no response from store or nodel officer and no response to any of my mails pathetic service request to get this issue sorted at earliest and pls replay to my mail.
