I feel cursed now using your dvr recorder box. I faced the recording issue problem in earlier and after a month of 100s calls and email it got resolved.
Now same thing is happening (Oct 2018) my dvr recorder box is not working (Not recording) for last one month and even after paying 750 the new box worked only 10 days.
Do you really have any sla around providing right service too people or your team ears only move when people loose patience and go public about issue on social media.
Please resolve my problem at your earliest as its been already 25 days into the issue.
