[Resolved] Airtel — E-bill not received despite several request | |||||
We have corporate connections with airtel. Our billing cycle is 25th of every month. I am requesting an e-bill for the month of July-August since 26th August for which i received a reply as, it takes 48 hours to generate an e-bill. Its 1 week now i am repetitively requesting for the same but there is no response from airtel team. Our relationship number is [protected]. In reply i received a bill of last month, bill for one single number and a wrong bill of another organization. Is this the service quality of airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
