[Resolved] Airtel — Ebill for my plan is charged much higher without giving statement of terrif charge break up-reg. | |||||
I changed tariff plan infinity 1999 to my plan 1199 with a discount option of Rs. 200/- on NMNP. The bill charges for for bill dated 12 Jan, 2017 are 2591/- as against 999/- tariff of my plan explained to me. Further the statement giving break up of tariff charged is not attached with the ebill to enable me the genuineness of tariff debited to my account. It is so happened for the first time in Airtel post after NMNP in UP West in my ebill. I request for a complete ebill with call, SMS and other services used for which tariff charged, in ebill attachment to enable me to make payments on time. Thanks.
