So far neither Airtel company nor distributor bothered to answer my problem, 10days passed, iam not able to recharge my valued customer, they have to walk a mile to recharge Airtel
The Airtel company does not look after the retailers complaint who done a recharge of Airtel for more than 15years
I don't understand what type of management, it is really pity to note
Atleast have a query, what problem the retailers are facing.
Even today sun dth, Vodafone, and BSNL distributor send the distributor representative to EC AMOUNT and collect the money from retailers
Why Airtel cannot follow the same rules
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful,
