Airtel — erratic network - prolonged for over 4 months! | |||||
The network on my number is extremely erratic. All calls gets dropped amidst of any call. I have been complaining for the past over 4 months but to no avail. I am tired of explaining my problem to umpteen number of call center executives. I feel, perhaps, this problem has no solution and planning to switch service. This has been pathetic though i have been a loyal customer to airtel for the past over 12 years Was this information helpful? | |||||

When ever i call 121 or 198 to contact airtel customer care person, i never get connected with them straight away, there is a computed voice saying press that number this number all [censored] but never able to connect the customer care support personnel. what a wastage network, all [censored]
