Kindly take some time to address the issue mentioned in the ticket # 82941264. Its been almost a month since i have lodged this complain. I have been following up on this many times and spoke to different executives and manager however nothing has helped us so far. Most frustrating part is reaching to executives and time spent during such calls without any fruitful result. I have been promised for landline phone with new connection and its close to a month and still they haven't provided the device. They are closing the tickets without providing any solution.
