Airtel — escalation on airtel outlet manager-shridhar - kengeri satellite town branch, bangalore | |||
A request was raised for conversion of postpaid to prepaid connection, i was asked to pay the due amount which i did. I was told that the request will be processd by monday evening, its wednesday and the request is still pending. When i spoke to the outlet manager shridhar he said "either wait for 3 days or take the documents and go" in a very unprofessional tone. He also disconnected the call abruptly. I have been using airtel for 8 years now, and this incident is vey dissapointing. When i walked into the airtel outlet he was not very polite and did not even apologise for his behaviour and instaed argued with me. This is an unacceptable behaviour, he also said that he can't explain the samething twice. Was this information helpful? | |||
