[Resolved] Airtel — escalation on frustrating airtel customer care | |||||
Dear sir, I was call at customer care of airtel dth service approx dated 26/07/2017 at 11.45 am. Regarding change of my monthly base pack. My customee id is [protected]. After calling i told him please chane my current my plan 99 to south indian pack but your customer care executive firstly she says me that she doesn't know how to do that after taking long time she replied i can not change my current plan to south indian plan because of i am leaving at maharashtra and i all ready purchase rest of india plan. After that issue i told him i have two airtel connection and i want to merged it. She replied me she also don't knowing how that work. She suggested me that talk with senior executives. And says that thank you for calling airtel and ready to drop my call without resolving my issue. I told she that i want to talk with your senior. She agree and put my call on hold for 30 minutes. Its take to longer time. After waiting long time senior executives talk with me and resolve my issue. I request you please give your executive properly training and knowledge of your company product also ask him use soft language with customers. Thanks & regards, Ganesh patil. [protected].
