Airtel — escalation on network issue/billing. | |||||
Hi, This p. Kumar from bangalore, i'm a airtel postpaid user (Mobile:[protected]) for almsot 10 months. I'm facing network issue from august 2017 and i have submitted compliant for the same. Compliant no:79091460 and many more. Till date airtel is investigating and trying to resolve my network problem, but charging me exactly same. I feel whatever the bill i'm getting from 3 months and i paid is not correct as per the my usage. Tried fetching grievences cell contact address to escalate my concern, but unfortunately the information is not available in interent nor customer service people knows.
