I got your message regarding rs. 399 pack, so I did a recharge, it was promised that I would get 1gb for 70 days, but still they gave me the wrong pack. and it is almost impossible to reach your customer service executive. This is not the first time this thing has happened. Solve my issue.

My mobile no. [protected] outgoing service is block i don't know why, but when i customer care so they told me that i use my no. for teleservice, but i never use my no. for teleservice .

Past two I not receiving any incoming calls. No support 4 customers service.if I'm call customer service, cal automatically break out and some ivr voice coming. I need exact solution 4 this problem.
