Hi,

My average bill amount from last many years had been 400-600 Rs only.But, this month, my bill was around R 4000/-.I have not subscribed to any additional services, except for caller tune & missed call altert.I just get daily 4-5 messages that the service has been activated on my mobile.Like this, they have activated many services on my mobile without my knowledge.Can you pls check on this & get this addressed.

I got your message regarding rs. 399 pack, so I did a recharge, it was promised that I would get 1gb for 70 days, but still they gave me the wrong pack. and it is almost impossible to reach your customer service executive. This is not the first time this thing has happened. Solve my issue.

Its my humble request that please activate my outgoing.
