[Resolved] Airtel — Excess bill raised on my mobile [protected] | |
I have received bill for the period 20th march to 19th April 2016 for Rs 795/-. On 2nd April I have changed the present plan to Rs 399/-, I was on roaming for the earlier period for which the payment was already done. I wish to know on what basis the present bill is raised. I am not happy the way billing is done, I am one of the old customers and of late the services provided are not at all satisfactory.
