Airtel — excess billing and wrong bill for past 6 months | |||||
I have a postpaid airtel connection, with corporate plan 199 which includes Free 700min local + std and 750 mb free data. My consume for calls and data will be within this category. But the bill will be getting generated for free calls of 700 mins along with the monthly plan 199. Each time i used to call customer care and report about this and they will waive the amount. And they used to say next time this will not happen. But the same will happen for next month as well. I have reported in mail to airtel customer care, but no use.
