[Resolved] Airtel — Excess monthly rent for ii nd set up box | |||
My account no [protected] have one no set up box since the air tel start the set up box and second one for secod tv was purchase on the company assurance hd set up box one year ago and pay annual rent 80% of main box. Now i have received the differenet message tfor renew the annual rent @ rs.180/- on 7.9.14, than 9.9.14,. On 10.9.14 messegae recd for renewal rs 220/- now on 27.9.14 rs 250/-. I have enquired from you toll free centre they are not in a position to guide why the rates vary from sms to sms. Now kindly let me know when 2nd ty set up box charges is 80% of the ist one which is already paying from last year. How the iind box charges is more than original ist set up box where i am not taking and hd channel.
