[Resolved] Airtel — excess of bill amount | |||
Dear Sir/Madam It is the 1st time in the time period of last four or five years where from I am using this number ([protected] ) that Airtel made me surprised in the starting of this New year by sending the bill of Rs;3808. From the last four to five years I am using the same service from your company but my bill never got exceeded more than Rs:500, I failed to understand that in the starting of New Year instead of providing any special offer to your regular customer I received the bill of Rs:3808. Sir bill detail shows that I have used the internet service more than I used in every month, but I used it as I was using in the every month from last few years. Boss I want to know that how much of amount can be discounted in this bill so that I will pay it as soon as possible to continue the service with Airtel or I had to choose some alternate option Contact no's: [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
