I am using [protected] for the past 10 years and suddenly I have received an SMS from Airtel on 19th Nov stating I need to pay Rs 2720 for the Internet charges, which I never used. I have checked with my friend and he also faced the same thing. I called Airtel customer care immediately and complained, since then (19th Nov) the internet charge was stopped, however, the charges imposed for the Nov Month was not waived.
