Airtel — Executive complaint | |||
It is hereby stated as under:- 1-That i had requested for a new connection of Airtel connection. 2-that their executive was approaching me from last 2-3 months for new connection and under the influence of that person he stated me to disconnect my old connection of Connect Company and then under his influence i disconnected my old connection 3- that after that he taken all required documents for new connection from me. 4- that afterward i got approval of my new connection with order number[protected] with A/c Number [protected] dated 26/07/2016 5- that after 1-2 days i got a call that new connection will not be given due to technical error 6- that then i contacted that Airtel executive named as Amit Kumar on mobile No [protected] for the reason, he talk to me in very ill manners then i told him to behave properly then he started abusing me in a very filthy language in punjabi that ( aapki shakal achi na hone ki wajah se connection nahi laga).. Is that the way to talk to a customer Kindly strict action me taken immediately against him.. Was this information helpful? | |||
