[Resolved]  Airtel — Existing broadband yet to be shifted

I want to bring in your notice that I am using your broadband service since last 4 years account [protected] and now I have shifted on 1st April, 2017 to another location. I want to shift the connection to new location with same number and plan. I raised request 80713872 for connection shift on 31st March, 2017. It was cancelled by your team, as per them DP is full at given location. Hence, connection cannot be shifted. After that I raised another request 81206474 on 13th April, 2017 for another location which is very close to my current location (approx. same distance from current DP). Again your team has refused to shift the connection at this location too. This time they are saying that feasibility issue at this location.
Can you please explain that how can they say it as I explained above this location is very close to my current location (approx. same distance from current DP). There are many users using Airtel Broadband services in my society. It’s already been more than a month since I shifted to new location. My connection is active in your records and rental is on, I would not be liable to pay rental from 1st April, 2017 as I am not using the services. Also, I raised complaint on the portal LB[protected], unfortunately, I have heard nothing from them and now it is showing closed on the portal.
Now I am very frustrated and disappointed with this issue, this is pathetic. If DP is full, who will increase the size. I was not expecting this from Airtel. I was really very happy with Airtel services since last 4 years.

I am getting so many calls from your team and they refused to shift the connection to new location which is in front of old location as I explained in previous email.

Please be informed that your team has refused to shift it. But I don't understand the reason behind it. I have not received any call from technician, even after numerous requests for technician visit at location. Also, I have escalated this issue on social media, unfortunately, I heard nothing from them.

Really disappointed and frustrated with Airtel customer services. This is really pathetic that no resolution provided from Appellate Authority and Nodal Office.

Also, I discussed with your sales executive, network availability is not more than 15-20 Meters from my location. This should not take too much time to install DP and all. As per him, It should not take more than 08-10 days.

So, I can wait for two weeks more until DP gets install. Please shift my connection once network is available at my location. It's not a big deal to install the DP if your business/customer is increasing, I believe.

I would request you to please have a look into this matter on high priority and get this resolved at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.
