[Resolved]  Airtel — exorbitant mobile bill

This month I've received a mobile bill of more than Rs. 4400. My postpaid mobile plan is of Rs. 399. I've no idea why this huge amount is being charged this month. I had activated international roaming for a month in June and called the airtel customer care twice to deactivate my international roaming once in month of june itself and once again in month of july but still they didn't deactivate it despite of telling them twice to deactivate it and now they have pasted a bill of more than 4400 on me. This careless service of Airtel seems to be exploiting and making fool of the customers. I would like to discontinue this mobile service from immediate effect.
