Airtel — Expiry of Data without using it | |||
I got an airtel wi-fi connection three days before and without using it much, they are stating that our 10 gb limit has already expired. On being unconvinced with it and asking for detailed statement of the data usage, the airtel customer service center at Mansarovar Complex, Bhopal as well as the executives of Complaint Center are unwilling to provide the Info. They are just saying that the limit has been used, it might have been hacked (though it is password protected) etc. and they are showing reluctance in providing detailed statement.
