Airtel — exploiting customers by sending fake bills | |||
I had a 3G doggle of airtel ( [protected]) .Since the connection speed was very poor in bellandhur area, i took another broadband connection. The bill was due for 2 months since the connection was not disconnected and the company itself terminted the connection since the bill was due. I made a payment of rs 3500, settled the bill and made a request to disconnect. again this month, I got a bill of 1500 and the customer care people was telling request to disconnect was made later and the 1500 is for the date upto the disconnection request was made.. The company itself voluatarily disconnected the connection as I mentioned above and they have generated a bill of 1500 for this disconnected period.. Airtel is exploiting customers by generating fake bills and this incident is a clear evidence of it . Please take appropriate action against this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
