Airtel — extra bill issue | |
This is bhargav from hyderabad. Last month i applied for a plan change from 699 plan to 999 plan as i wanted an increase in the broadband speed. To upgrade my plan, airtel must change my router box and give me the confirmation that the plan is upgraded but there is no such thing from airtel. Airtel didn't change my router box, didn't increase my wifi speed but still they have charged me with 999 plan this month, when i have questioned them, they are simply saying it is my mistake that i didn't complain to them regarding the box change issue and speed issue. I've explained the whole thing to an airtel agent (Venkata ramana) who called me regarding the delay in bill payment, he is simply saying i have to pay the bill at any cost after listening to my explanation. Please update my bill to 699 plan, so that i can pay my bill. Was this information helpful? | |
