Airtel — extra billing every month on mobile postpaid bill | |||
Every month for the last 15 - 18 months i have been getting charged 4 times the rate as approved by my bill plan for international calls. I have escalated this matter multiple times, practically every month since last april and the problem still exists. After some follow ups, i received refund for some of the extra billing. But the problem persists, and the customer service representatives are rude and completely ignorant of the problem. Every month i need to call the customer service desk and once again explain the entire problem to a new person. Never can you possibly speak to the same executive - not even at their so called "appellate" level. I am close to pulling my hair out due to this. I sincerely hope someone with a conscience at airtel is seeing this and will come back on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
