Airtel — Extra service added without consultation

Hi, my name is Deepak Adhana. I am using a airtel postpaid number . Airtel company added a 10 GB 3G data pack in my account . When i got to know about it, customer care executive said that i have added this service on June 19 of 2015. But I never made a single call to airtel on 19th of June. So i filled a complaint which again they replied that your problem has been resolved as you applied for the data pack on 19 June of 2015. What should I do . This is not the right way to sell earn money . How should i procede with the complaint .
