I'm utterly dissatisfied by the Airtel services.
Mobile No: [protected] (Post paid) which I'm currently not using.
My general monthly bill comes upto Rs. 300. Currently I'm using Jio, which comes upto Rs. 100 per month along with 4G data services.
I've traveled to Bhutan in March and switched on International Data Roaming. I was charged Rs. 10, 000 for it, got a message after I used 10, 000 to shift to Rs. 999 and I availed that service. But now Airtel is harassing me to pay even that Rs. 10, 000 along with Rs. 999.
Airtel can't charge me such huge charges without informing me or keeping a cap on the amount to be paid without prior notice.
Another friend of mine also availed International Data Roaming service for which she was charged Rs. 30, 000 initially. She and I both availed 999 pack, after which she wasn't charged Rs. 30, 000. So how can Airtel charge only me and that too, wrongly and with such extreme amounts.
Also, when I've already availed for Rs. 999 plan on 8th of March, I believe I shouldn't be charged for mobile internet charges on 11th of March and 15th of March data usage.
It is unfair to pay amount apart from 999 for International internet usage. Charging Rs. 11, 000 is equal to charging a person for 10 years of mobile usage using Jio SIM card or any service. Highly unprofessional, unacceptable and unfriendly customer service.
I hope you solve this problem as early as possible and also deactivate my account.
