Airtel — facing network issue at my residence

I reside in mumbra and i am facing network issue from last two days
I am not able to make calls, receive calls and use my internet, and this is not the first time i am facing the issue. I have three more connections and facing the same issue. I have earlier also raised a compliant for the same and also posted the issue on social networking sites, and if the internet is working it is very slow in speed and not as per the promise made by the company. They charge for the services and do not provide services as promised.
I want you to escalate this issue as this fraudster should be punished.

Hi

My airtel number is +91 [protected]. Currently I am at Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) I am not receiving any incoming calls on my airtel sim however able to receive SMSs.

Request airtel to do the needful

Sir.. airtel company has stop my outgoing calls and sms without my permission
When I am e-mail to contract me but they have no response. Please sir solve my problem

Recharge failed for mobile number [protected]. But amount got debited from account. transaction Date 8.12.2018. amount :509. Through netbanking Indian overseas bank.

Deal team,

I am not able to get the proper Network and Data connectivity and i raise the request several times from past few months but still unresolved. Please advice do i need to switch to other networks as your unable to resolve my issue.

My Prepaid No.[protected] is Life time. My balance was more than Rs 182/, valid till 2037. Today I noticed that the balance has come down to Rs 82/ and validity changed to April'19. Airtel Customer service informed me that Rs 99/ has been deducted for "Super Store" on 16.11.2019.
As I have not consented for this, I request you to refund the money.
