[Resolved] Airtel — Fade with my connections it's going to be worse day by day | |||
Hello.. This site is very useful so first of all thank you for resolving my previous isuue.. Since i complained airtel customer care service several times regarding network problem that in my area network is not available sometime its came and some times it gone.. I can't use net when i m in my house or in office i had go outside then i m able to use data services due to network problem. Customer care representative said that they will working on it but since from last 2 months i don't they working on it... Even the technician from airtel visit on my place they also find problem network but they replied that in this user are limited so we can't provide repeater and i said that i m using 5 connections of airtel and my neighbor has 4 connections so for 9 connections u can't provide repeater or any solution he said talk to customer service center. But i call again there same reply i got it... It is compulsory to use airtel for 3 months because i port all my 5 connections to airtel without checking network.. So i can't convert to other network i have to wait 1 month.. I can't expected this much problem from airtel.. Worst service. Complait no s which i know are 7620164 Aur 77115093 nd 77029466 nd 77302692 These are remeber so i mention U can see in picture which i have attach in this complaint.
