Airtel — failed online transaction not reimbursed | |||
Three online recharge by me through airtel.in on 05 mar 18. The reference no of the recharge and the amount is mentioned as under 1. Id[protected] for rs 199/- 2. Id[protected] for rs 199/- 3. Id[protected] for rs 50/- All the three transactions failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The bank was intimated about the failed transactions but the bank confirmed that the merchant transactions were complete and no amount was reimbursed. It is requested that the transaction id be rechecked with the relevant authorities (Airtel.in, payment portal and the bank) and the amount be accordingly be reimbursed in my bank account.
