[Resolved] Airtel — Failed recharge, but deducted balance. | |||
I am airtel maharashtra prepaid subscriber and on 10th july, i tried to recharge my mobile no with rs 399. I had tried to recharge it through my airtel app and using my airtel payment bank account. The money was deducted from my payment bank account (Trx id[protected] but airtel says recharge was not successful as airtel payment bank declined the payment! (Trx id[protected] Now since last 3 days, i am trying to raise the issue with both, airtel and airtel payment bank. And each one is pointing finger towards other, harassing me and looting my money!
