[Resolved]  Airtel — Failed recharge refund

I recharged my airtel number ([protected]) on 5th june, 2016 from the airtel app. I registered the complaint three times (Reference no. Conrc[protected], this is the third ref. No.). Today i received a message from airtel that we tried reaching you and your issue is resolved. My issue is still not resolved (Refund of rs. 194). I am attaching the file with the email conversation.

Many apps have this problem, your recharge is unsuccessful the first time, you recharge again and end up paying twice. Take my advice and install the Bill Bachao app for balance and data recharges. Why to go for apps that are so annoying. I have been using Bill Bachao app for a while now, there hasn’t been any issue so far.
