Sir/ mam,
This is to reference my mobile complaint [protected]. I have made complaints regarding call drop and network issue which is airtel failed to resolve. Instead resolve my complaint they asked me to payment of bills i am willing to pay bill but, i asked airtel persons to resolve my complaint first. I had received server calls from airtel regarding bill payment i had told them i had 3 complaints which is still lying with you. One of the airtel executive also inform me that their executive working on the first two complaints and last complaint still pending.
So, my complaint is airtel failed to resolve complain they should act on it my complaint which is lying with them last two months. Then i will pay the bills. Airtel without resolving my complaint they discontinued my outgoing services. Please help me to get out this.
