Airtel — failed transaction charges on my account. refund requested | |
I did an online recharge of rs100 (Full talktime) on 15th nov using rs75 from airtel payment bank and rs 25 from my debit card, transaction id [[protected]]. The transaction showed as failed, however the said amount was deducted both from my airtel payment bank and my debit card. I had multiple rounds of discussion with customer care, airtel gallery and was told it would be reversed in 5 days. It is close to 15 days and yet not refunded to my account. On visiting gallery or customer care, looks like either they don't know how their own system works or don't want to help, they keep suggesting ivr nos which doesn't proceed anywhere wasting my time and effort. [dec 2017] again visited the gallery and also called the customer care which was a sheer waste of time and effort. The customer care team on multiple occasions neither knew the process and disconnected my call saying that they are forwarding to their supervisors as they were not able to resolve my issue. Need my amount refunded back to my payment sources (Airtel payment bank and debit card) asap Was this information helpful? | |
