[Resolved]  Airtel — Failed transaction money refund process

I have recharged with rs.269 on my airtel app thrice on 21st december 2016, and twice on 18th january 2017. The transactions were failes but money was debited from my account. It has been a month and not a single penny was credited back into my account from airtel. Despite so many mails and calls to the customer care of airtel of which everything has gone vain, my money was never refunded. I want to get my money back from the airtel. Please. Look forward into the issue and resolve the problem soon.

Hi..I have recharged for rupees 349 through my airtel app bt for first time it shown as error so I did the process again but at last double amount has been deducted. I need the amount back to my account or else keep the same for next month. Please help me with this.
