Dear sir, on 14/01/2016 i attempted an online recharge of my above mobile no.([protected]) by using my SBI netbanking.But inspite of a notification message in my above no.that the recharge was sucessful i learnt that my talktime balance remained unchanged.Kindly note the details: 1.recharge amont:Rs200/- 2.Date:14/01/2016 3.operator reference:1610369 4.account no.from which recharge amount debited:[protected](SBI) 5.Notification for sucessful recharge received from:AM-IPAYTM at 12:23pm on 14 Jan.2016 kindly look into the matter and get Rs.200/- refunded in my above account.
