Airtel — Failure to remit payment | |||
I paid a sum of Rs 546/-through my Creditcard on 18/7/15 to be paid to Airtel being charges for mobile bill of tel no [protected]. Airtel informed that they have not recd the payment. On 23rd Aug I wrote to your office about the status of my payment.I was informed that the payment could not be remitted due to failure of the transaction. I asked your office to remit the payment to Airtel or reverse back into my Credit card.But I am sorry to inform you that your office is totally silent over it inspire of my repeated reminders. You are requested to look into the matter and remit the payment to Airtel or refund into my Credit card A/c at the earliest. Thank you, Inder jit kaher Tel no: [protected].
