Airtel — Fake billing and misbehavior with us | |||
We are using airtel number [protected] and they have charged us rs 3200 excess we were compaling for 1 month at last there nodal officer heard our say and waived the said amount on next day our outgoing calls were barred. There is no note given by nodal officer to call centers was the reason given to us we have paid the amount unnecessarily . We were caused mental harassment, inconvenience and loss due to outgoing call barring and apart from that the non payment recording was played on our number for 20 days.
