Airtel — fake commitment by airtel

I have submitted the complaint against airtel in the month of may18 that i am not able to use the services for which i have subscribed for 4g services but at my location i hardly getting 2 g speed because of network coverage issue.
I have been told there is not immediate solution for this, so i have given them 7 months but still they are not able to fix.

And every i have to pay for 4g service.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by shashi165 Even after notification, they haven't contacted me the only way they are contacting me when i use port sms.
Its easy to port to different network but what about the money I paid so far, and they are not able to give the commitment.

Updated by shashi165 Refer the screenshots, the tower i m getting and the result of speed test, which Airtel used to show in there ads.
