[Resolved] Airtel — fake offer & irresponsible customer service from call center

I got a sms today in my mobile number +[protected] about an offer says recharge 399 and get data and calls for 84 days validity.. But after i done recharge i got only 28 days validity. I contacted customer care and they told me that i have not eligible for that offer. This is absolutely cheating. Oct 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved the concern has been resolved by airtel. Recharge benefit has been credited to my Airtel mobile account. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
