[Resolved] Airtel — Fake promidde on offer - billing complaint | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I am Sikkandhar. I am using Airtel broadband connection. Fixed line no: [protected]. When I joined they given a introduce welcome pack offer for 75gb unlimited data plus unlimited local and std call for a value of 1099 INR with inclusive all fairies. the billed amount was excess. I made a complaint in Express avenue branch Airtel office. They promised me the bill will auto adjust. But I am receiving a massage a due amount is pending. I can't accept. It's full and full unprofessional cheating behavior. I already paid 1000 plus 100 for fixed installation charges for the welcome pack offer of 1099 INR. And also paid one month usage charges. I will pay only1099 only. I can't pay apart from that money. Correct the bill amount. I am getting irritated from your unwanted process. Please correct the issue.
