I requested a new Airtel broadband connection on August 11, 2022 and we paid the activation fee. It's been almost more than 2 weeks since the connection has yet to be provided, but the landline number and all the things they have created.
We keep following the team for the activation and the team says it will take another 3 weeks to activate because the airtel box is not available for your connection, and they force us to cancel if not necessary. We chose your services because you are the best supplier in town, but thighs coming to us now is different. While choosing the services, they promised us that they would provide the service to us within 48 hours. But the answer they give is not valid at all regarding the service. Please check and provide service to us as soon as possible.
Later they cancelled my connection requested they refunded the money. Again 01-Sep-2022 they called to re-initiate the connection and paid the charges. Still no update. If i Cal they say it will be done by today everyday they say the same dialogue. Very worst and i feel they are cheating the customers.
