Airtel — Fake promise,wrong information and misbehave by Mr.Tarun Manger team 121

Respected Sir/Madam
I have purchased a airtel xtreme fibre under airtel black scheme for Rs.4000/- in which his sales person have promised me to give unlimited internet with 16+ OTT including Amazon Prime and after installation when I am not able to see amazon prime then I called to sales person he refered to other person and finally got no solution then I called Airtel customer care 121 on 18th and they have told me to wait for 24 hours to activate the plan then I again called to customer care on 19th then they again ask some time and assured me that my issue will resolve soon. I also told that if Amazon prime is not available then I am ready to surrender but they ask me some time to resolve the issue and assured me that if it is promised then you will get Amazon Prime and they have send me this message.

But still my issue not resolved then again I called them and they again send me this message.

But still my issue not resolved then again I called on 24th and spoken to their supervisory team and she admitted that sales person have given me fake promise and advised me to discountine the plan and assured me that I will get my full amount refund I.e .Rs.4000/- after discountiue so I have given my consent after her confirmation that I will get full amount refund. On next day my DTH services deactivated and received call for broadband deactivation and the representative has asked to continue the plan and requested me to send mail to
[protected]@in.airtel.com citing my issue of Amazon prime and assured me that it will resolve then I send mail on 25th June but got no response then again send mail on 27th and received mail on 28th they send me mail mentioning this-

This is in response for your email regarding refund for your Airtel black account [protected].

As per your concern, I regret to inform you that you will be not receiving the refund of Rs.4000/-, the excess amount in broadband account will get refund and the amount posted on your DTH account will not be refunded it will be deducted as one time installation charges.

Inconvenience is deeply regretted. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
After receiving the mail I immediately called 121 and forwarded my call to manager team (senior to supervisory team) he told me that no installation charge will deduct only uses charge will deduct then I urged him that your supervisory team assured me that I will get full refund. After my perusal he lodged my complaint and told that my complaint is forwarded to dedicated team and they will listen the recording (I requested them to listen) and resolve my issue but again my issue has not resolved and again I called 121 on 2nd July then they told that I am again accelarating the issue and it will resolve within 24 hours but again it has not resolved and I did not received any communication then again I called on 4th july after get frustrated with all these thing and requested to transfer my call to manager team (after spoken to supervisory team).Now manager team member Mr.Tarun has spoken very rudly and threaten me to do anything I want but I will not get my amount refund as it is not in their policy.
It is requested to take necessary action to refund my Rs.4000 along with mental harressmment amount upto Rs.10000/-.
I am ready to produce all the recording I have spoken with airtel team and same can be ask to Airtel team also.
