Airtel — false advertising/ customer service | |||
Hi, I recently upgraded my 3g sim to 4g sim after constant smss about exciting 4g offers! Since i couldn't find the said offer i called your "24 hour customer care" on 121, after 2-3 attempts i was finally able to get through to a person (Btw 2-3 attempts was around 15-20 mins of wait)... The operator who answered was simply not bothered, was not interested to talk! When i asked him about the offer he simply said its not there and airtel will let me know when it comes back and i should just "go back to sleep"!! He was not even interested yo listen what plan i was inquiring about so i requested to transfer to a supervisor. I had even completed by sentence and i was abruptly put on hold and immediately he came back (Within 2-3 secs!) and said no supervisor is available!!! I then asked for his name... And guest what.. He hung up the phone on my face!!! At the beginning when the call was being connected there was a disclaimer that " calls are being recorded for training and quality purpose' so please go back and listen to the call... M sure this will surely help your company in seeing what sort of behaviour their operators have!! For your help: when the call was hung up it was 12:02 am on sunday, 3rd september 2017, so call might have started somewhere around 11:55 pm on 2nd september 2017 Was this information helpful? | |||
