[Resolved] Airtel — False billing [protected] 83k | |||
Airtel has done false billing of 83k for mere 90mb of data usage which again is false as i naver used data services.Now they are blackmailing me and my family. pls help me out. i got this false sms 26-DEC-2016 04:08:39: The Following IR SMS has been sent to the customer no:-[protected] and message is -- Usage alert: As per the last update, approx. international roaming usage on your airtel mobile [protected] is Rs 19243. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 1725, Data-Rs. 17518. after that i send sms soon to stop any data service or any leak to avoid any futher problem so they didnt do anything and send me back sms 26-DEC-2016 05:48:37: The Following IR SMS has been sent to the customer no:-[protected] and message is -- Usage alert: As per the last update, approx. international roaming usage on your airtel mobile [protected] is Rs 63486. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 2600, Data-Rs. 60886. While we make every attempt to intimate you on your usage details from time to time, we are dependent on the international operator to provide data usage details.
