Airtel — false commitment while porting the number. service request number cmbnr[protected] | |||||
I have received a call from airtel support team when i did the port message to 1900 which was at 11th July 2018. I have problem with recharge scheme and network.They have promised me to give unlimited calls along with 100 SMS per day and 2 GB data valid for 28 days in the recharge of Rs.99/-. After that team told me to do same recharge from retailer and it would initiate to back end team once you recharge from there. I have done all this thing and now they are continuously making me fool, logging different tickets to resolve my issue. If you are not eligible to give such offer to my number so why you gave me false commitment. Today i have received a call and they are telling we don't have such offers u need to write a mail to nodal officer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
