1) I was committed Netflix free with Xstream plan Rs699/-
2) I was committed land-line free but during installation it was found to be only the connection and not the set.
When I callled the concerned salesman (Name:-Sreetam Phone no:-[protected]) the salesman said he had committed none and asked for recording of the call.
I have worked in Sales profession for more than 23 years with the world's largest food company and had a better understanding about integrity of a Sales Person.
I tried to complain to his line manager but he simply cut the connection. Was this information helpful? |
