I want a call from the correct senior officer who knows the exact answer for my questions.
The Airtel agent gave me a false promise of providing Airtel fiber and xstream box at a cost of 2000. He didn't mention that Airtel fiber is complementary.
Now that I didn't get airtel fiber due to non feasibility in my area so the amount cannot be refunded as it is paid only for the xstream box.
I am not aware of these things because the airtel agent didn't state this. His motive was just to install the connection, so he continously follwed up during the connection request. Now after the connection established only for DTH, he is not at all picking my call.
My questions are unanswered by the customer care too.
Due to lack of knowledge from the airtel agent, I am not responsible for losing my amount.
I want a refund. Kindly take actions on the Airtel agent who didn't state any terms and conditions initially.
