[Resolved] Airtel — False promises done on offers on porting number in airtel

10 days earlier an airtel executive called me and told me that we have an offer on your number which for 499 in which you will get 23gb 4g data and unlimited calling for a month for lifetime. After i ported my number they are saying that the offer is not applicable anymore. They made me port my number from vodafone to airtel under false pretenses, so i want you guys to take some strict actions so that they should stop making fool of customers and stop doing such frauds.

You may take a legal action against current service provider by filing case in consumer court or through RTI Act.
