Airtel — False promises to the customers just to lure them to migrate to Airtel Black

I want to inform you that I am highly disappointed with the services and false promises I am receiving from the Airtel Customer care team.

Couple of days back I visited the Airtel Store located in Pimple Saudagar and enquired about the Airtel Black plan and its benefits, I have been told that one of the benefits of Airtel Black is ZERO shifting charges. I asked specifically if there will be any charges when I place the request from "Pune, MH" to "Jabalpur, MP" i.e. inter-state transfer and they informed that there won't be any charges. I then enquired the same calling Airtel Customer Care and they also confirmed the same and informed me that you just need to raise a request and carry the modem and adapter yourself. Hence, I have upgraded my plan to Airtel Black.

3-4 days back I called customer care and raised a request to shift my Broadband connection on Sunday/10-Oct given my address details. They have taken the request and again confirmed to me that our engineer will call you on 10th Oct for the installation at the given address.

On 9th Oct, I called customer care to confirm the shifting process, they informed me that my request had been cancelled from the back-end and raised a request again.
When I haven't received any call from the Airtel engineer for the installation, I called customer care again on 10th and got to know that the request has been cancelled one more time.

After waiting for 1 hour on 10th Oct, when I hadn't received any SR number on my registered mobile, I called the Cust care again and to my disappointment he informed me that request has been cancelled again and he asked me to raise a new request. At this point I got frustrated and lost complete faith in Airtel Customer care, so I insisted to investigate why my request is being cancelled again and again. He informed me that because you are Airtel Black customer, you won't be able to place a shifting request to a different State/City and I need to unbundle the Black benefits. I desperately needed the broadband at my new location asap as I have to resume office (working from home) from Monday, I gave my go-ahead, but he further disappointed me saying first you need to clear your outstanding bill, which triggered me to raise a grievance against pathetic Airtel Customer Service.

I want to ask - why the Airtel Customer care team is making false promises to the customers just to lure them to migrate to Airtel Black ?

Appreciate if above concerns will be addressed and resolved on very high priority.
