[Resolved] Airtel — False recharge on mobile | |||||
I have recharged Rs 346 from my airtel money on 11.02.2017 at 14:33 hrs. This recharge did not work out on my set (mobile no. [protected]). As per the recharge I was supposed to get 1 GB 4G data and free std + local call. But both my data balance as well as talk time was not available. I had to recharge on the same day (Rs70 for data) and 2 times on 15 the (Rs 175 and 200, for data and talktime). The customer care on 11.02.17 told me that the pack will be activated within 24 hours, which never happened. Also when I again called they told me that I have consumed all the data and on 11.02.2017 I have used 250 mb . I am shocked and perturbed with this lie. Is there any scope?
