From airtel i have bought two postpaid sims in chennai circle with plan amount 199 and 299. After that i asked for family plan to take in it one bill so changed the number [protected] from 199 plan to 649 plan + tax family plan with one addon connection.
But there is a technical issue as airtel not added the second number [protected] for primary number. So i'm getting generated two bills with higher amount and i'm unable to bear that. After 2months follow up airtel fixed the issue and addon number added to family plan. After adding into family plan, the data services in add-on number is not working. This complaint was registered on june 1st week and still it is not resolved and even though many follow up with escalation help desk no fix being made for the network issue. After that time got high bill amount 1648 for which i told about my issue and discount provided for 700 rs and remaining bill of rs. 948 has been paid by me. Now i got the new bill amount of rs. 1118 which is very higher with wrong billing of one time charges as enquired with airtel store they too confirmed that this is wrong billing but still when i contacted airtel customer care they not checking further as they informed the bill is correct you got one time charges. But again i have visited airtel store and they informed to pay 765 but still my services are in blocked status and customer care not providing any callback for superior.
